Oswald remains eternally both the obvious suspect and a murder victim himself, shot on a whim by small-time Dallas cabaret owner Jack Ruby while Ruby’s pet dachshund, Sheba, waited in the car.“This is a story that we are going to be debating forever,” said New York film director Robert Stone, talking Monday before the Dallas preiere of the PBS documentary Oswald’s Ghost.
