Another miscarriage of justice for wiener dogs. What on earth is wrong with these judges? If they’re not letting dangerous dogs off, they’re locking up perfectly normal ones.

Update: Here’s the appeal court’s ruling on the numbskull judge who set the injured Dachshund’s value at some $200. Good to see a sensible Doxie legal precedent.
